

GOLDPLUS UNIVERSAL is a leading healthcare company headquartered in Singapore. Founded in 1998, Goldplus is a market leader, built upon quality products and service excellence.
With an expansive network covering over 2800 clinics, all 29 hospitals and specialty centres, 8 community hospitals and 18 polyclinics in Singapore, with recently established operations in Myanmar and Brunei, Goldplus is poised for growth.
What started as a simple distribution company for pharmaceutical products, is now evolving to be a comprehensive strategic partner with value-added insights, experience and capabilities in the healthcare industry.
To position GOLDPLUS UNIVERSAL for its next stage of explosive growth, we started by refreshing their corporate logo to better represent their strength and ambition. It consists of two elements: a custom typeface for their name, with the globe as a visual representation of the brand name in three elements:
a. { Gold } is represented by the stylised letter { G } doubling as an arrow around the globe. The arrow is dynamic, moving from far to near, gathering strength as its movement spans the entire globe. The tip of the arrow points at an upward trajectory, symbolising growth and for-titude. The arrow also represents determination, focus, a can-do spirit, and success.
b. { Plus } is subtly represented as the mathematical symbol for addition { + }, in the middle of the globe, as part of the grid lines. It hints of the extra mile that GOLDPLUS UNIVERSAL takes to ensure service excellence and top quality products. Additionally, { + } is also a symbol for healthcare.
c. { Universal } is represented by the globe with grid lines spanning north to south, and east to west. The colour gradation from light green to dark green also hints of day and night. In sum, it symbolises that our vision, mission, and values are to be universal - anywhere, anytime, everywhere, everytime.
The refreshed logo was well-received. We continued with a full brand inventory.
